Faun
Pert, sassy and smart, Faun is a young Pelaine woman who is in training to be a Seer. Petite, with long, black tresses, rich dark skin and cornflower blue eyes, she lives in port town of Guerat, along the southern coast of the Isle of Sea and Sky. She lost her mother to the violence of Tylonian raiders, while her father, the High Priest, serves the Sovereign Heir of the Mountain Realm.
Her quite life is turned upside down when Dorien arrives on her doorstep demanding that she guide him to the Temple of the Seers. Carrying only her pack and the mysterious Amulet of Joining, she chooses to help him, but at a price. Sparks fly from the moment they leave on their joint adventure, yet the initial frustration and misunderstanding slowly alters, turning into something that burns brightly beneath the guise of friendship...
Sandring
In the mystical caves of Camere lies a hidden den of clandestine Pelaines. Their leader, Jasper Kenussi, knows a good man when he sees one.
